There are currently 14 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 250 tons in our production plant. The maximum weight is about 600 grams. We process both bulk and construction materials. We process materials such as: - PP, - PE, - PVC, - PA6 (also modified varieties - e.g. modified with glass fiber up to 40%), - PA6.6, - POM, - PBT, - Thermoplastic elasotmers, - SAN, - PS, - PC, - PMMA.

The MSD models are universally suited and can be used in all cable production lines to measure wires and cables of all types. In tube and hose extrusion lines, they are indispensable aids for measuring pressure pipelines, waste water and heating tubes, and other types of rubber hoses. MSD devices can also contribute to quality monitoring in cold applications in the steel and metal industry. Additionally, the measuring device can be used for non-ferrous and offshore productions. Properties The measuring principle is based on state-of-the-art CCD technology with several point-source LEDs as lighting sources. Flexible connectors, rubber expansion joints, play a crucial role in absorbing movement, vibration, and noise within piping systems. These joints adeptly accommodate thermal expansion, contraction, and misalignment while steadfastly maintaining a tight seal.
