Our services include water sheet metal cutting. The parts we cut comply with the EN 1090 standard, and therefore with the CE mark. We use the waterjet cutting method for various types of parts whose dimensions do not exceed 2000 x 4000 m and whose thickness is up to 200 mm. We cut with a stream of water with an admixture of abrasive at a pressure of 60,000 PSI, without introducing heat into the material, so we can cut in addition to steel materials: - stone - marble - plastic - rubber - glass The WaterJet method, or waterjet sheet metal cutting, involves the use of a jet of water at very high pressure - often supplemented by the addition of an abrasive. The jet is directed at the surface to be processed, which makes it possible to cut a shape in it with the desired dimensions. Modern WaterJet technology is an attractive alternative to plasma or laser cutting.

By the addition to the most different formulations injected parts can be faster ejected. The use in mineral filled, glass fibre reinforced and/or pigmented compounds improves the homogeneity of the filler and/or pigment distribution, reduces damages by friction peaks and leads to an improved surface quality. We recommend to add amounts of 0.3 – 0.5 %.

By the addition to the formulations the degradation of polymer during extrusion process will be reduced and the flow characteristic will be enhanced. The package improves the homogeneity of filler distribution and leads to an increased surface quality. Excellent for use in recycling PA. We recommend to add amounts of 0.5 – 0.8 %.

The formulation was specially developed for use in polyolefins (PE/PP). It is applicable for virgin grades as well as for recycled and regrinded materials. CEVO® process B-3680 can be used in unfilled, mineral-filled and glass fiber reinforced polyolefin formulations. Its application leads to a lowering of the melt viscosity and to an improved distribution of fillers, reinforcing materials and additives (stabilisers, pigments, ...). The components produced show very high surface qualities combined with a high gloss.

Effective lubricant and dispersing agent in transparent engineering plastics such as PET/PBT and in reinforced polypropylene (PP); lubricant, release agent and dispersing agent in polystyrene (PS), polyoxymethylene (POM) and nylon (PA, PA6, PA66); external lubricant for rigid PVC profiles; lubricant, release agent, slip agent and anti-fog agent in thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), lubricant and anti-blocking agent in polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA).

POM is a semicrystalline thermoplastic and is characterized by a low coefficient of friction and good wear properties, unaffected by wet environments. POM offers good resistance to a wide range of chemicals including many solvents. Acetal provides high strength and stiffness coupled with easy machineability. POM-C - Delrin is also noted for its high mechanical strength, heat resistance and good antifriction properties. For parts which need to be dimensionally stable even exposed to humidity or wet environments, copolymeric Acetal offers better hot water, thermal and chemical resistance than homopolymeric Acetal. Clotho ABS is a durable, composite, glass-fiber (13%) material that is heat resistant up to 100 °C. It was created to embody complex ideas even on simple personal printers. It is perfect for printing structural elements, functional parts, home products and car tuning. The material has an excellent surface of finished products without visible layers, minimal shrinkage and warpage, high printing accuracy, good adhesion to adhesive agents for ABS, easy post-processing, high modulus of elasticity.

PA 6, natural / black extruded is a tough material with high resistance to abrasion and impact. PA 6 is commonly used as a substitution material for bronze, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals, as it has significant weight advantages. PA 6, natural / black has a specific gravity of 1,15 g/cm3 and bronze has 8,8 g/cm3 making the comparative volume price very attractive.Using PA 6 also reduces lubrication requirements and is non-abrasive to mating surfaces.It features good mechanical properties.Nylons can absorb up to 8% water (by weight) under humidity or submerged in water. This increases the excellent shock and vibration resistance but can also lead to dimensional changes. Mechanical, electrical and dimensional properties are accordingly influenced by moisture absorption.
