Ageing in casks - Import export

Our fine, cask aged Caribbean rum is blended with fresh Cornish spring water sourced from Cape Cornwall. This provides distinct chocolatey notes among the fresher, grassy flavours. Our Gold rum is consists of a Barbados 3 year old Rum further blended with 5 year old cask aged Rum with dominance from the Dominican Republic.

Our premium Spiced Rum is a delicious blend of 3 year cask aged Bajan rum expertly blended with a 5 year Dominican and spring water sourced at Cape Cornwall. We then further age and flavour using fresh ingredients including Vanilla, homemade caramel, oranges and honeycomb just to name a few! Available in 3 different sizes - 70cl, 35cl and 5cl and also part of our gift sets!
