If abnormal, unsafe conditions such as fires, high or low flowline pressure occur, the control system automatically activates well shut-in. The control panels are activated on site by operating a manual hydraulic pump that supplies hydraulic pressure to SSVs actuators, SCSSV and to the fusible/RESD loop charging circuit.
