Our product portfolio includes three manual bagging machines for open-mouth bags: SCALPAC-G, SCALPAC-B, SCALPAC-S. All three bagging systems are designed for up to 1200 bags per hour and differ only in the used net weighers. Depending on the product to be filled, a net weigher with gravity, belt or screw feeding is used. Prefabricated open-mouth bags made of woven PP, PE or paper are attached to the filling clamp and fixed by an employee. As soon as the bag is fixed, the weighed product flows into the bag. A conveyor belt transports the filled bag to a bag closing machine, which sews, seals or hot-glues the bag depending on the material. For free-flowing bulk materials, a net weigher with gravity feeding is selected. Moderately flowing products are fed via a belt feeder. For fine and powdery products, the screw feeder is best suited.

The fully automatic strapping machine mod. TP 201 with side sealing is particularly suitable for strapping furniture, household appliances, palletised loads and high packages. It can be inserted in lines where the available space or the limited height of the conveyor do not allow the use of a standard strapping machine. The strap is automatically launched, tensioned, welded and cut, speeding up the strapping operations. The strapping machine, suitably modified, can be easily inserted into automatic packaging lines and can also work without an operator.

Automatic strapping machine mod. JN85-R with reduced welding plate (width mm. 27 instead of the standard mm. 60) for the automatic strapping of products with small size. Special machine designed to avoid issues in strap releasing in case of strapping of profiles, beams and small packages. The launch of the strap is operated with the foot control or the button. The strap is tighten, heat-welded and cut. The holding capacity of strap depends on material type and on strap choice.

Automatic strapping machine mod. TP 101, simple and reliable, is an excellent solution for strapping of packages handled by an operator. The positioning of the material to be strapped can be done manually or by means of an idle roller. The operator lunch the strapping by simply pressing the foot control or the start button. The strap is stretched, thermally welded and cut. The arch strap guide is in aluminum. The strapping tool is characterized by a new sealing blade for maximum effectiveness of the closure and an external knob to easily adjust the tension. Worktop with idle rollers. COMPLETELY AUTOMATIC STRAPPING MACHINE MOD. JN85-M Fully automatic strapping machine with high speed and reliability. The machine is equipped with motorized belts for insertion in packaging lines, aluminum arc with multiple flaps to facilitate the launch of the strap and the subsequent release and electrical system with Omron PLC. The electrical panel of the machine can manage the motorized loading and unloading belts (optional) and allows the use of the strapping machine in lines without operator.

CARTON SEALER MACHINE MOD. GEM 350 / GEM 360 / GEM 820 WITH ADJUSTABLE FORMAT AND WITH UPPER AND LOWER DRIVE BELTS The two heads simultaneously apply a strip of tape taping above and below the box. Machine suitable for large boxes, the double drive system ensures a regular feed even in presence of high and light boxes.
