Organic Cupuaçu Seed Butter is obtained from wild cupuaçu seeds selected and sustainably harvested, roasted, peeled, treated and ground resulting in cupuaçu liquor, which is pressed until the solid residue is separated from the butter. Then the butter is filtered. The result is similar to a cocoa butter but superior in quality.
