Our 1st patina table top stems from a popular traditional design that has been customised to offer the best balance in layered oak structure and aesthetic style. Meticulously crafted from carefully selected reclaimed oak floor boards and old beam sections, the 1st patina table can be completed with a smooth transparent mat finish that emphasises the oak grain beautifully.

The bog wood can be used both indoors and outdoors projects, but also for custom furnitures. We take advance of the unique character of each bog oak piece to create wonderful projects. We create reclaimed oak plywood with one side or both sides in old oak. Available finishes: - 1st Patina: the texture of the wood is very pronounced. We cut the external layer of the reclaimed oak beams to create these panels. !!!The finish is very rough, with many cracks and irregularities. - 2nd Patina: the wood surface is smooth, any cracks and holes will be masticated. The internal side of old beams is used to create these panels.

The reclaimed oak wagon sleepers is a wonderful and unique type of wood that can easily be used for custom furnitures, floorings and also for landscaping projects.It is amazing how well preserved these reclaimed wagon boards managed to stay, after they were continuously exposed under extreme circumstances. The old French freight wagon trains used back in the days were just open boxes, therefore the wagon boards which is actually the flooring of those wagons, have gained in time an atypically patina. We recover this old oak boards in a robust and rough appearance with the surface covered in dirt and plenty time worn marks. Once the boards are cleaned by high pressure washing machines and intense brushing we discover an unmatched, charming and noble texture that no other wood is able to provide.

The reclaimed beams are salvaged from old buildings dating back to the 1800’s. Before sorting, the beams are usually a mixture of old oak, pine, spruce and fir in square shape or hand hewn finish on all 4 sides.We offer large quantities of reclaimed beams that presents a variety of appearances ranging from a rough hand hewn surface to sawn or painted texture. Depending on the building we have demolished, the surface of the old beams will have some degree of character marks which result from nails and bolts we remove. These reclaimed beams usually have a gray or brown surface which can be brushed by our professional machines to result in a mellow brown patina while retaining the circular saw marks.
