Bellow lifts - Import export

The cement stored in the cement silos can be quickly discharged to the cement trailers (bulk carrier) by means of ELKON telescopic cement loading bellow. This system has a special structure with support legs allowing the bulk carrier parking under the discharge point and is equipped with a suitable bellow for feeding the material. ELKON telescopic cement loading bellow is equipped with level indicator to stop loading and lift up the bellow when it is in contact with the cement (material filling process is finalized). The bellow is also equipped with fan filter system to prevent powder during the material filling process. The system includes a control panel as well.

Original RAN P expansion joint suitable to absorb displacements of the decks up to 1000 (mm) as well as relative rotations between consecutive slab heads and their relative movements both in the vertical and transverse direction consisting of: • CNR 10018/85-compliant modular reinforced rubber pads consisting of a central bridging plate and two side bellows equipped with anti-lift bar, free to move along stainless steel plates, assembled in situ; • mechanical anchoring system consisting of threaded bars or, as an alternative, multidirectional clamps and anchor rods, depending on site requirements; • stainless steel gutter; • "L"-shaped stainless steel profile for under pavement waters drainage; • epoxy mortar strips connecting the joint elements and the bituminous pavement.
