The injector-glass-blasting cabin is operated by hand with a gun. A blast-collecting collector ensures a smooth blasting circuit within the system. With the help of roller rails, as well as through-slots (on the side and in the roof surface with special brushes against the penetration of dust), surface treatment of glass panes is easy. On the front side there is an easy-open loading door for radiating hollow glass bodies. A work grate and two shock-proof long-field lamps (for glare-free illumination of the blasting chamber) guarantee a smooth workflow. The foot switch as well as the drain cup on the blasting agent funnel, an attached control box with pressure reducing valve and pressure gauge, motor protection switch, on / off button, solenoid valve, control lights, switches for interior lighting, main switch, emergency stop switch and support control ensure uncomplicated operation.

In the cryogenic blasting process, an enrichment of rubber and plastic waste powder takes place due to fine abrasion during the treatment procedure. Thus the performance and processing time of the blasting-media will deteriorate and decrease its jet-energy. In our cryognic deflashing machines, the blasting-media is primary screened by the treatment drum perforation, however, after a long operating time the amount of rubber and plastic waste powder increases. In order to guarantee a constant, statistically secure and economic processing, this powder has to be removed periodically from the blasting-media. Our automatically working blasting-media recovery machine consists of a suction & drying system and a vibrating-screen unit. The used blasting-media has to be aspirated manually from the deflashing machine. The drying of the polluted wet and cold media takes place in the suction tank and the cleaning by screening with final separation into waste powder, waste media & re-usable media,

WIWOX® MT micro blasters are used for precise blasting with blasting nozzles from 0.4 – 1.8 mm. Surfaces can be smoothed, matted, deburred or cleaned. All mineral media, e.g. glass beads, broken glass, corundum, silicon carbide in the grain size range from 0 to 300 mμ serve as blasting media. The abrasive is used only once. The blasted surface is reproducible. Only a compressed air connection is required to operate the equipment. Micro-Tip fine blast units are suitable as portable free blast units or in combination with a blast cabinet. Micro-Tip fine blasting technology is available as a pressure or injector process.
