IDEA assembles cages by means of the patented 'Schnell System' (Patented). Using three thin longitudinal wires ,which may be welded to any point of the stirrup's exterior surface IDEA cage assembling machine is able to halfassemble lattice girders of stirrups of any shape and size. The halfassembled girder is now ready to be finished off by fixing the frame carrying bars. As the stirrups have already been welded at the correct distance, the carrying bars may be only tied every 5 or 6 stirrups. This means saving up to 60% on assembling costs; maximum flexibility girders may be assembled with stirrups of any shape and size; besides this system avoids all size restrictions and material waste involved with the use of electrowelded mesh; high quality standards the girders obtained with this system are far more precise and stiff than their traditional counterparts and they do not face any risk during transport.

Fixed ladders are entirely made of isophthalic resin and fibreglass (FRP) and their wall installation is performed through FRP or stainless steel brackets. Also the screws for assembling the safety cage are made of stainless steel. Fixed ladders are of different types: 1. ladders serving machinery or plants in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14122-1/4 and tested according to UNI EN 131-2 standard; 2. ladders suitable for use in direct contact with drinking water; 3. double stringer ladders for inspection manholes with the CE marking in accordance with UNI EN 14396 standard.

KFB-Clarfeld thrust ball bearings are manufactured as single and double direction models. Ball bearings of the series 511, 512, 513 and 514 are single sided, the models 522, 523 and 524 are double sided. Thrust ball bearings are composed of shaft washers, cage washers, and cage assemblies. The bearings are separable; cage assembly and bearing washers can therefore be fitted independently of each other. Both models tolerate high axial forces, however, they may not be radially stressed.

Tapered roller bearings are composed of solid outer and inner rings with tapered raceways and tapered rollers with cage assembly. The bearings are separable. Therefore, the inner ring with the rollers and the assembly cage can fitted separated from the outer ring. Tapered roller bearings tolerate high radial and one sided axial forces. For axial steadying, a second bearing is usually necessary, which is then fitted mirror-inverted.

Door frames and windows must be fully shielded with lead to completely eliminate radiation leaks. We usually manufacture our cases from 2mm stainless steel. We apply electrostatic oven painting process. At the end of the paint, we make lead armor in the desired lead plate thickness. In case of armoring, we armor the lead without screws.Using its metal internal construction completely lead-coated case with lead glass will allow you to take precautions against assembly errors and leaks from the glass frame. Lead glass cases, which can be produced as static painted in the desired color, are produced with frame armor at a certain lead thickness according to the values of the device used. Lead glasses are delivered to you in a boxed protection cage. The person who will assemble the lead glass should refer to the special assembly instruction document and the user manual.
