Horizontal ribbon mixer is the introduction of foreign advanced technology, the factory professional and technical personnel to digest the innovative design results, is a new type of efficient mixing equipment. The internal barrel surface is smoothed by polishing and equipped with center shaft and double S-shaped paddle. Mixing materials process is fast and homogeneous, which can be finished within 5-10 minutes for each batch. Alumina ceramic (Aluminum Oxide or Al2O3) is an excellent electrical insulator and one of the most widely used advanced ceramic materials. In addition, it is extremely resistant to wear and corrosion and is an industrial ceramic that can only be formed by diamond grinding. The melting point is very high at 2,072°C, and it is very hard. Alumina components can be widely used in electronics, pump components and automotive sensors.

Refractory Materials Installation

Refractory concrete ( RC- cast ) is used in thermal power plants and heating plants: fireboxes and recirculation channel B29 frames and covers of openings, chimneys, insulation. In metallurgy is used for making furnace lining parts, liquid metal baths, and casting systems. It can be used also in various stoves in the household for fireplaces, chimneys, and fireboxes. It comes in extra strong plastic bags, on a pallet, wrapped in shrink wrap

Kerater is used for patching the grill zone of dome furnaces, filling joints between bricks in electric kilns, and for patching industrial kilns. It can still be used for patching gas furnaces or liquid fuels and for coating foundry models for micro casting.

Heat-insulating refractory modules made of biosoluble ceramic fibres based on calcium and magnesium silicates with high thermal insulation values at operating temperatures up to 1,200°C, usable as an insulating and working layer of high-temperature equipment of any construction and type of application with the air velocity < 40 m/s. Dualinvest paper and felt products consist of a group of wet-laid C materials.
