This new addition to our product line is a compact heat exchanger made from high-alloyed stainless steel and can handle temperatures up to 550°C. Its compact and modular design makes it extremely versatile and easy to service. Our exhaust gas heat exchanger is designed to recover heat from exhaust gas produced for example by combustion engines used in combined heat and power plants. The heat exchanger transfers the heat from the exhaust gas to a liquid (water or water-glycol solutions). When heated up, this liquid can be used in central heating systems; for preheating air in the combustion chambers of furnaces and turbines; to dry coal, pulp, wood and other materials as well as for generating electricity with a Rankine process.

This tempering increases toughness and dissipates residual stresses. Preheating furnace for frying pans and roasting tins Pan blanks are heated up to a temperature of approx. 390 °C and burnt free of all grease and oil residues. Enamelling furnace for frying pans and roasting tins The PTFE coating sprayed beforehand onto the frying pans is baked on at a temperature of approx. 450 °C. PTFE is used as a non-stick coating for frying pans and cooking pots on account of its low surface tension and good heat resistance. Chamber enamelling furnace for aluminium sheet metal forms Baking on of the single or multi-layer PTFE coatings at approx. 450 °C.

The control unit regulates: - temperature in the chamber and furnace; - size and shape of a high voltage pulse (a prerequisite for a correct penetration of the product into phenol, because such products as meat, sausages and fish have different structure of tissue, and other physicochemical characteristics); - electrostatic field in the camera, which is automatically set between 18 and 150kV, depending on the characteristics of products; - using of 48 different modes (i.e. it is possible to program the technological aspects in order to receive the same taste qualities in each subsequent party of products); -3 degrees of protection against the electrostatic discharge, which remains on the product. The smoker is made from the stainless food steel.
