Conveying is an important element in the performance of your production lines with the dual challenge of limiting product degradation and losses as well as the proper feed on to the downstream machine, an essential point for optimum performance.Belt conveyor, vibrating conveyor, flighted belt elevators, scraper or bucket elevators, hydraulic transporters, we can adapt many conveying solutions to your lines. Our conveying systems must be selected according to the architecture of the preparation line and products processed in order to represent the solution that will provide you with the best performance and meet the particular challenges of your production.In addition to the diversity of the machines that we can apply to your line, our know how resides in our ability to adapt to your needs. We propose a solution that aims to optimise the layout for a minimum amount of space occupied while still including the maintenance constraints.

We have a complete range of polyurethane round belts for conveying and power transmission applications. PU round belts, extruded in open lengths, are homogeneous round profiles that can be welded for use as high-quality power transmission and conveying elements. Our stock mainly comprises solid profiles with a smooth or slightly roughened surface and hollow profiles for nipple connections. Several types have FDA/USDA approval and comply with EU Directive 2007/19/EC. Although we generally produce in open lengths, we can also produce all belts according to your specifications. Our round belts convey a wide range of products such as foodstuffs, glass, roof tiles, PC boards and many more. The standard range of round belts is rounded off with aramid, polyester or glass-fiber reinforcements. If an appropriate quantity is purchased, we also produce special types with PES or aramid reinforcements.

The mid-size TR15 cabinet scanner is the most popular model in the Todd Research range. With its generous 1.44mᶟ chamber it meets the demands of almost all busy mail room situations while taking up minimal operating space. Due to the compact size of the TR15, it can be used as a security scanner in a variety of areas within a building, including mailrooms and receptions. The TR15 has a 22” touchscreen monitor with an image resolution of 1910 x 1080 pixels to make identifying potential threats clearer and easier than ever before. The TR15 model also comes ready with Wi-Fi capability allowing you to connect your machine with others in a local area network allowing email and printing functionality. The TR15 Smart Scan comes equipped with the EPD™ (Enhanced Powder Detection) feature, the scanner has a heightened ability to threats conveyed via powder-based elements.
