The mechanically stable aluminium profile design renders it suitable for longer self-supporting distances, which is why it is used mainly in physically large applications.

The DR 206 discharge row offers air supported separation of materials, such as sheets in offset printing. The discharge row comprises several discharge nozzles mounted to slide on a carrier pipe. The air supply is centrally adjustable by the operator and each nozzle is also individually adjustable.

The DP 106 discharge gun in the KERSTEN neXt® product family is ideally suited for manual discharge of substrates and to blow off dirt. It features a bundled circular air discharge. The flow-optimised and low noise blowing nozzle allows all materials to be discharged optimally and with high efficiency, even at low pressure.

The high voltage generator DG 416 is the latest discharge generator of the KERSTEN neXt ® family of products and can be used to supply all discharge components of the KERSTEN product family. At the same time he is the most compact, lightest and most powerful high voltage generator for electrostatic discharge of its class. Despite its superior characteristics, it is very cost effective and fits not only because of its small size in each application.

The Gronemeyer overhead conveyor is used for discharging or transferring products. Distribution occurs in cycle operation and across the direction of transport.
