Note Compact and flexible linear actuators with toothed belt drive. The body consists of a selfsupporting aluminium extruded section with integrated profile guide rail. This rail system is able to absorb highest forces from all directions, is lowwear, and is optimised for moving large masses. Slots are located on the outer sides of the aluminium profile, ensuring easy, reliable assembly and enabling accessories mounted. Proximity switches can be positioned and fastened in the upper Tslot. The sprung guide tabs underneath universally match slots sized 8 and 10. Mounting Form A Insert the lower housing part with rollers into the aluminium profile slot. Set the spread pins on the upper housing part into the lower housing part and press down. The spread pins expand the clamps and locks the roller element in the slot. Mounting Form B Insert the lower housing part with rollers into the aluminium profile slot. Set the upper housing part on top and press down. Knocking or screwing the screws in locks and clamps the roller element in the slot.

These brackets are used to hang aluminium profiles for roller rails in a round profile. A mounting set is supplied.

Steel. Toothed pulleys without aluminium rim flanges. Version Steel phosphated. Aluminium bright. Note Standard HTD profile with metric pitch (halfround toothing). At least one belt pulley must have a rim flange. The toothed belt pulleys have a centre bore or a pilot hole (this can vary due to manufacturing methods). For this reason, the dimension D2 max. given in the table is the maximum diameter of the bore with which the toothed belt pulleys are supplied. This pilot/centre bore can be amended by the customer to produce a reamed bore, reamed bore with keyway or a tapped hole. Alternatively, customers can also use bushes to reduce the bore diameter. The pulleys may be recessed on the sides.

These ball transfer units are matched to the aluminium profiles for roller rails and can be mounted on them quickly and easily. For flexible movements in two dimensions. Bearing flanges and fastening pieces PAGF. Bolts steel. Black. Bolts electro zincplated. Two bearing flanges combined with a D50 type I aluminium profile tube (10050) form a feed roller (loadbearing roller). The bearing flanges are simply pressed into the aluminium profile tube. These can be used for many conveyance tasks. The bearing flanges have ball bearings and springloaded fastening spigots which enable transport rollers to be retrofitted into existing structures. A roller conveyor is created when several transport rollers are mounted in series. Two bearing flanges are required for a transport roller.

Type I polypropylene. Type B polypropylene + TPE. The cover and adapter profile made of flexible plastic are used for two different applications. As a cover profile it seals the profile slots against dust and dirt. As an adapter profile with the open side facing out it is used to hold panel elements.

Angle diecast zinc. Screws and slot nuts steel. End cap polyamide, fibreglass reinforced. Version Angle painted aluminium tone. Screws and slot nuts electro zincplated. End cap black. Note Suitable for reinforcing profile constructions and for frictional connection of profiles with each other without machining. Can also be used as fastening element (e.g. bracket) for any components. The angles have centring lugs for accurate and twistproof mounting. The centring lugs can be removed if necessary by breaking off i.e. for mounting plates. The open side can be closed off with the end cap.

The connecting sets are used for connecting two aluminium profiles at right angles. The connection is nonrotating. For larger profiles several connecting sets can be mounted on the end for greater strength Low workload. Cut a thread in the end face core hole. Drill a through hole for tightening the screw in the opposing profile.

The aluminium profile is matched to the roller elements. As a result, roller rails and roller tracks can be realised. The different inserts permit modular and flexible setup.

Profile guide rails can be screwed on from above. The profile guide rails are available in four sizes and one or more carriages can be assembled on them. 4row versions with round arch profile. The tracks of the profile guide rails are set below an angle of 45° and thus can carry loads from all directions. The profile guide rails correspond to the market standard and can replace linear guides of the same design by other manufacturers. On request Lengths up to a max. 3960 mm.
