It is a 135 micron strong and conformable polyethylene red or white film tape, coated with a high tack, removable, acrylic adhesive. The product exhibits excellent adhesion to a range of substrates, and is particularly designed for rough and embossed surfaces. Additionally it has excellent UV resistance, allowing it to be used for a range of temporary masking and protection, external applications. Tearable by hand for ease of use. Conformable and flexible for use around irregular surfaces. It is an adhesive heat shield made from a metalized polyamide polymer laminated to a light weight glass fiber cloth with a high temperature pressure sensitive adhesive for use in extreme temperature swing environments. It’s minimal clearance and ease of use makes Gold glass tape a highly effective material for firewalls, fuel cells, engine covers, under hoods, engine compartment, bulk heads, seat bottoms, and anything or area that needs protection from heat. Applications Car, motorbike and boat exhaust pipes, heat protection, cable covering, pipe insulation.

It is a glass fibre tape covered with a thick layer of red silicone rubber which provides the tape with a high level of heat insulation. It is a very flexible tape, which is suitable for protecting hoses and electric cables by means of bandaging without having to disassemble or disconnect the parts to be covered. It offers continuous protection at operating temperatures of 250°C and can withstand splashes of molten metal up to 1200°C. It is resistant to most oils and fuels, hydraulic fluids, acids and alkalis. Applications Protection of cables, wires and hoses against extreme heat, fire protection, insulation of hoses against loss of heat for the steel and naval industries, industrial furna-ces, automotive sector, foundries, steel works, oil rigs.

Green Polyester film, single coated with a rubber resin pressure sensitive adhesive. APPLICATIONS Masking in powder coating applications. Protects large areas of circuit boards from chemicals fumes or splashes. Masking of circuit boards during solder stripping and nickel/gold plating of contact fingers. PRODUCT BENEFITS Resists baking temperatures of 170°C to 190°C during 20min. Operating temperature range: ‐30°C to 130°C. Eliminates silicone contamination and need for PCB cleaning solvents. The SC1 in blue Chemprotex™ 300 material is a single use Type 3, Type 4 & Type 5 splash contamination suit designed for use with breathing apparatus worn outside the suit or with a face mask and filter. The garment is CE certified to EN14605:2005+A1:2009, EN13982-1:2004+A1:2010, EN14126:2003, EN1073-2:2002 and EN1149-5:2008 and is intended for use in areas that are not immediately dangerous to life or health.
