The Morgan Rushworth HSVS range of variable rake CNC sheet metal guillotines are heavy duty, strong machines designed for a long working life. The CNC controller automatically calculates and adjusts the blade gap, the back gauge position, cutting angle and stroke length simultaneously once the data is entered. Therefore the strokes per minute cutting cycle is significantly increased. The cutting angle automatically adjusts according to material thickness minimising the twisting of sheet during the cutting cycle.

The powerful BHGS range of hydraulic swing beam sheet metal guillotines are equipped with a high visibility front guard design consisting of a fixed guard with windows. All machines are fitted with stainless steel quality cutting blades as standard, giving flexibility to cut a range of materials without detriment to blade life. The user friendly Cybtouch 6 NC controller ensures accurate cutting with precision back gauge setting and the facility to store complete cutting lists including length and quantity. For longer lengths an automatic swing away backgauge is standard.

The powerful Morgan Rushworth HSGS range of hydraulic swing beam sheet metal guillotines are now available with the new optional advanced front light guard design. This consists of multiple beams directed across the front of the blade and hold downs, which immediately switches the machine off if interrupted. The advantage of this innovative system ensures both increased operator safety and vastly improved vision to the work piece as the traditional guard is no longer necessary. The HSGS range also benefits from the standard fitment of stainless steel cutting blades. The NC Controller ensures accurate cutting and complete cutting lists with quantities can be programmed for efficiency.

The CIDAN RAPIDO is a heavy duty built mechanical sheet metal guillotine shear. It will cut material with thicknesses from minimum to maximum without any settings at all. This shear again proves our philosophy regarding the environment as it uses very little energy and has a very low noise level. The shear is well equipped as standard and also has a wide range of options such as different back gauges systems including sheet handling systems.

The CIDAN EVO is the strongest mechanical sheet metal guillotine shear in the Cidan program. The EVO is supplied with blade gap adjustment as a standard feature. The blade gap adjustment makes it possible to achieve the best cutting result in all kinds of sheet thicknesses. The blade gap is set quickly and correctly via handles and scales.

The RVD LFTS Sheet Metal Treadle Guillotine is manufactured with a strong cast iron frame and equipped with front and rear gauges and rear guard. Ideal for fast shearing of thin sheets. The treadle design allows for hands free operation for accurate positioning of material. An ideal machine for general use with thin sheets, we also have a range of more heavy-duty guillotines too.
