The F02 has been designed for application in systems which require a pressure transmitter with a Performance Level PL d or a Safety Integrity Level of SIL 2. It has a thin-film measurement cell made from stainless steel which is welded together with the pressure sensor and thus guarantees high media compatibility. It is available within pressures from 10 to 1200 bar. The output signal is made available at two outputs in parallel, whereby the second output represents an inverted signal. Users can select between a ratiometric and an 4-20-mA output in three-wire technology. The permitted media temperature range extends from -40…+125 °C. The total accuracy in the compensated range of 0…+80 °C lies at <= 1 % FS. The possible flexibility during integration into an existing machine is ensured through the provision of a multitude of available pressure connections as well as the small construction. The electrical contact takes place via a 5-pole M12 connector. The F02 also has E1 approval.

The pressure switch P01 has been designed especially for use in mobile machines. The EMC characteristics as well as the impact and vibration resistances have been designed for this field of application. This facilitates their use in adverse ambient conditions such as can be found in mobile hydraulics. The integrated electronic switches (NPN or PNP) can be preconfigured ex-works. The P01 is available for pressure ranges from 0...10 bar to 0...1200 bar, whereby a switching accuracy of 1 % of the measurement range end value can be achieved. The maximum permitted media temperature totals 150 ºC; the ambient temperature totals 125 ºC. The parts coming into contact with media have been produced from stainless steel (1.4548) and guarantee, in combination with the welded thin-film measurement cell, maximum media compatibility. Optionally, a damping device can be integrated into the media access.

To ensure that an instrument provides accurate measurements, regular calibrations are necessary. Calibration means to operate a target-performance comparision using a measuring instrument and a traceable reference. Calibration of instruments is essential in every area where sensitive measurement technology is used, e.g. in the manufacturing of sensors. It is the only way to guarantee quality standards and prevent defects arising in processes and products from the outset. For companies wanting to attain ISO 9001 certification, regular calibration of testing equipment is a requirement. halstrup-walcher has been accredited by the German calibration service DKD and Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS) as a calibration laboratory in accordance with DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 since 1999 – among other things for calibration of pressure measurements.

The M01 series has been especially designed for applications in adverse ambient conditions in the same way value is placed on high resistance to aggressive media. Retains unique performance levels over a wide temperature range. Main characteristic The lubricant has a complex of additives to obtain a unique antioxidant effect in operation. It does not lose its original properties at high temperatures and pressure drops. Benefits - frost resistance - thermal stability - adhesion - all-season - chemical inertness - there is no destructive effect for rubber elements - low volatility. Tsiatim-221 is used to lubricate friction units, mating surfaces. A stable effect is guaranteed at -60 to + 150 C. The main effect due to which the lubricant is in demand is the preservation of viscosity at any negative temperature. Ideal for machining bearings of electric machines, high speed measuring instruments, equipment assemblies.
