The PANDYNO FPPD vertical inserters allow to an operator to fill and seal the packs avoiding the use of preformed bags. The operator must in fact insert the product to be packaged in the magazine tube, on which a few meters of tubular film have been previously loaded. The product goes down into the tubular film up to the support surface. The operator manually closes the sealing bar by applying a slight pressure on the bar. The welding machine in a single operation carries out the welding of the package, the cutting of the film and the welding of the bottom of the next envelope. This operation takes place using an electromagnetic blocking device. By equipping the bagging machine with several loaders, it is possible to increase the productivity of the machine. To avoid waiting times it is also possible to pre-load different magazine tubes so that they can be quickly replaced once the film is finished. The bucket elevator is used for the vertical transportation of grains and powdered materials. This transportation is realized by the means of a belt with buckets. The bucket elevator consists of the top part, bottom part and elevator pipes. It is driven by a directly connected gear motor equipped with an electromagnetic brake. In case of a power failure or any breakdowns, the electromagnetic brake prevents the bucket elevator from rotating backwards and therefore damaging itself or the buckets. At the bottom cover, there is a pulley without drive and a tensioning mechanism. The speed guard installed at the bottom pulley informs the operator when the belt brakes.

Experimental setup for express measurements of the adiabatic temperature change in the room temperature range. The setup is intended for measurements of the magnetocaloric effect (MCE), namely adiabatic temperature change (ΔТ), in the temperature range from 273 to 370 K in order to get ΔТ versus temperature dependences rapidly and evaluate suitability of using of the material under investigation as a working body of magnetic refrigerators. The measurements in the setup are conducted by the direct method with the help of a thermocouple. The magnetic field change is accomplished by linear movement of the permanent magnet magnetic field source along the measuring insert. The setup operates in automatic mode under control of the program written on LabView.
