The high-temperature pressure transmitters of the 35XHTC series can be used at media temperatures of up to 300 °C. The remote electronics are designed for temperatures of up to 120 °C. They use digital compensation with a mathematical model to achieve an accuracy of 0,5 %FS – in the temperature range from 10 to 40 °C, this value even corresponds to the total error band. In addition to the digital RS485 interface, the X-line transmitters have a rangeable, analog current or voltage output. The standard model of the 35XHTC series has a G1/2 thread as pressure connection.

Model number 8201 precision pressure sensors are robust, economical, and are available in standard measuring ranges. Their good technical specification and high reliability make them optimum for measuring pressure in all fields of machine construction, process technology, as well as in measurement and control technology. High-performance heat sinks from Seifert electronic are exclusively designed for forced cooling applications. The powerful heat sinks from the Vario and DKL series impress with their large cooling surfaces. Utilizing a finned construction, rib spacing can be manufactured that is not achievable with conventional extruded profiles. Thanks to maximized surface area with the same weight, a high-performance heat sink delivers above-average cooling performance per unit volume. We have patented our proprietary compression geometry at Seifert electronic. In this process, individual fins are precisely cold-pressed into a heat sink without the use of adhesives. Heat conduction in the finned heat sinks occurs directly from the base to the fins, without any thermal transition as seen with pressed-in ribs into a solid base. Custom mounting holes can be incorporated into the pressed, surface-milled base.

The H2Smart™ is an integrated sampling system designed to measure hydrogen content with high accuracy in nitriding and nitrocarburizing atmospheres and to calculate the parameters necessary for process control. Its unique measuring cell design and advanced electronics eliminate the need for a reference gas cell, thus simplifying the installation and usage. Moreover, the measuring cell is maintained at a set temperature to protect the system from condensation and contamination during nitrocarburizing and post oxidation processes. An integrated sampling pump with variable output insures reliable flow through the measuring cell. The sampling flow is continuously measured via an integrated mass flow meter, and, if necessary, the flow is adjusted by changing the pump output. In this manner, the closed-loop flow control assures reliable H2 measurement and thus accurate nitriding and nitrocarburizing control.
