For short or long term filtration, the CHOQUENET mobile filter is THE solution for your dehydration missions. The European industry has to be as reactive and flexible as possible in order to face its international competitors. In order to support our many partners in this process, we have developed filter presses that can be installed and commissioned in less than 24 hours. The entire machine and its accessories are housed in a 3-axle trailer that can be moved according to the customer’s needs.

CHOQUENET provides its customers with mobile units to confirm feasibility on site The company provides several mobile filtration units of different sizes (from a laboratory unit with a 50 cm² filtering surface to a 40 m² installation). These units allow us to carry out feasibility tests over a short period of time and also to confirm the various choices of technology (trays and frames, choice of cloths, necessary cycles, etc.). Rental can be on a one-off basis (for a week or less) or on a more permanent basis (up to several months for specific production needs).

Rental can be on a one-off basis (for a week or less) or on a more permanent basis (up to several months for specific production needs).

Reduction of our CO2 emissions Choquenet has now set up an operating process exclusively dedicated to the circular economy of its machines. Remanufacturing We are now able to remanufacture used filters to give them a new lease of life and allow them to live new adventures in an identical or different industrial environment. By actively participating in the preservation of our planet, the interests of such a solution are multiple for our customers. The history and experience acquired during the first life of the machine allows us to propose ergonomic, technical and economic improvements to the machine. Our customers thus benefit from used equipment with the same or even higher level of performance and quality than the original, at a lower cost than a new investment.

Test & Laboratory Analysis Our chemist teams can carry out filtration tests on Buchner or filter-presses for you, but also conditioning measurements via Jar-test, turbidity, viscosity, metal content, dry matter content measurements and so on. In the case of products that are not stable over time or cannot be transported, tests can also be carried out on site.
