Developed by Servi Doryl since 1993 to mechanise and secure the turning of cheese in stack, the double-sided plastic draining trays can replace stainless steel and aluminium trays. They work for all cheese shapes and can be adapted to mechanised lines. Designed and manufactured by Servi Doryl since 1972, the trays allow a peripheral draining by means of transverse grooves. They can be used with a draining mat and are suitable for mechanised lines. Max. dimensions : - Length (stainless steel) : 995 mm - Length (aluminium) : 1100 mm - Width : 600 mm - Thickness (stainless steel) : 1.2 or 1.5 mm - Thickness (aluminium) : 3 mm

The double bottom system and the perforation ensure both safe moulding and draining with the possibility of stacking mould on mould. The moulds can be used individually or assembled into block-moulds.

Servi Doryl offers two ranges of moulds that can be used individually or assembled into block-moulds : with or without a bottom. If required, extensions can be fitted to the moulds.

The moulding solutions are suitable for all types of users. Block-moulds or individual moulds with their dedicated supports allow fast and secure processing of your products. Historic range developed by Servi Doryl to manufacture pressed cheeses. The injected moulds and lids are designed in copolymer polypropylene with a fine square pattern and conical perforations. Different sizes are kept in stock : round and rectangular models.
