Body steel. Cam levers cast aluminium. Version Body black oxidised. Tnut electro zincplated. Cam levers black powder coated. Note The clamp module is inserted into the Tslot from above and secured using the cam lever, no other tools required. Advantages The eccentric clamp modules can be used on conventional aluminium profile systems or on Tslot tables as stops, fasteners or clamps for components and workpieces.

Housing, grey cast iron. Bearing, ballbearing steel 100Cr6. Seal, rubber NBR. Pillow block bearings consist of a sealed singlerow ball bearing with a spherical outer ring which is mounted in a housing. Because of the spherical outer surface of the bearing, shaft misalignment can be compensated for. The bearings are manufactured with a plus tolerance. This results in transition or press fits when using shafts with htolerances. The shaft is secured by grub screws on the inner ring. In normal applications, pillow block bearings are maintenancefree due to the lifetime lubrication. In difficult environmental conditions relubrication can be carried out over the grease nipple. All housing dimensions are nominal dimensions for which the usual casting tolerances must be taken into consideration.

Plate die-cast zinc or stainless steel 1.4305. Anti-slip plate thermoplastic elastomer. Version: Die-cast zinc plate, black powder-coated. Stainless steel plate, bright. Note: Swivel feet consist of a plate and a threaded spindle or ball joint. Any plate can be combined with any threaded spindle or ball joint. LBI has launched onto the market a metallic alloy with exceptional properties. Following a special request of the CNES (Centre National d’Etudes Spatiales – France), LBI, in collaboration with the laboratory of the famous Ecole des Mines de Paris developed a new alloy with very high damping properties, named EXIUM®AM. The particular chemical analysis, in association with an exclusive centrifugal casting process, has enabled them to achieve the outstanding properties of EXIUM®AM, which are most interesting between -15°C and + 50°C. Outside this range, it reacts like a cast iron.
