Made from 100% wild fish, our HAPPY SURIMI range is above all a simple recipe coming in different healthy products to vary your meals according to your desires. You can therefore find our delicious surimi in many different forms (roll, shredded, mini-sticks, etc). Essential ingredient of starters and aperitifs, with HAPPY SURIMI, there are many recipes! Languages on pack: French / English / Arab Total shelf life upon production: 90 days Minimum guaranteed shelf life upon factory shipping: 60 days Storage temperature: between 0 and +4°C *Kindly note in our Saint-Malo workshop we manufacture elaborated surimi products, chilled and frozen (sticks, shredded, mosaic rolls, bites, …) - under our own brand and private label, for Retail, Food Service and Food Industry.
