RM2M offers a range of level sensors for liquids and solids. Rotary level sensors for solids: For high temperature, food processing, corrosive, or ATEX environments. Capacitive level sensors for solids: With power supply of 115-230VAC, 24-48VAC, or 24VDC. Membrane level sensors for solids: Operate with the pressure of the material on the membrane. Doesn't require a power supply. Pendular level sensors for solids: Simple and reliable sensor for powders forming a cone in the silo. Does not require a power supply. Conductive level sensors for liquids: Level sensor capable of controlling up to two levels. Available with the following power supplies: 115-230VAC, 24-48VAC, 24VDC. Floating level sensors for liquids: These models do not require an electrical power supply. Versions for agressive environments and food processing.

Housing aluminium. Cable sheath PVC. Version Compact sensor and plug design. Flat connector, 8pole, 1x pin. Connection cable, 6wire, ø 3.55–0.3 mm. Cable bend radius, > 17 mm (static). Note Works with magnetic tapes 21725. The reading distance between the sensor and tape must be 0.1 to 2 mm. The sensor is supplied with operating voltage and draws current via the electronics. Housing thermoplastic. Version: Operating principle: Magnetic. Rating: IP67. Note: If the actuator is within the switching range (safety door closed), the safety contacts and, if applicable, the signal contacts of the safety switch are activated. The contact is thus closed via a magnet (magnetic field). Form A: Actuator on one level to the safety switch. Form B: Actuator offset by 90° to the safety switch.

Non-sensitive to vibrations, dust and moisture. Inductive sensors record all metals without contact. Form C enables screw fastening in a T-slot. Is safe and saves space as the proximity switch lays flush in the slot. Short-circuit proof and reverse-polarity protected.

The tension meter is used to perform a pretension test on commercially available belt systems quickly and easily by means of frequency measurement. Fully electronic and equipped with stateoftheart microprocessor technology, the meter enables precise adjustment of all V, toothed and flat belts that have to be tensioned in the range from 10 to 600 Hz. The measurement must never be performed while the drive is running The meter is not permitted or certified for use in potentially explosive areas.
