Eratec designs, manufactures and sells metal fibre gas burners. The Eratec metal fibre burner is an emitter with a refractory stainless steel combustion head on a Bekinit® knitted metal fibre radiating surface. The combustion head is equipped with an electronically controlled air/gas premixing system.

Convection ovens are particulary suitable for baking small volume cake, pastry, sandwich and bread production at patisseries, restaurants, hotels, and bakeries. Hot air circulation is provided by inner fans (one fan for 4 or 5 trays oven, and double fans for 8 trays oven), and spread all over the baking area to provide a homogenous environment. The fermentation unit placed bottom of the oven provides the humidity and temperature needed for fermentation process. Convection oven models for 5 trays is produced only with electric heating system. For the other model 8 trays capacity both electric and gas heating system is possible Control panel can be produced with manual buttons (standard) or touchscreen panel (option).

While similar in concept, the ExoInjector™ differs from the EndoInjector™ in that it comes in modified mechanical versions to accommodate pre-mix or nozzle-mix burners with a custom HMI software that allows for predefined ratio set points for burner ignition, rich exo, and lean exothermic gas. The system can be modified to provide hydrogen content control and water vapor monitoring.

The Merlin GDPX+ is a 16 zone gas pressure proving & detection panel which can be used in many applications, e.g. mechanical rooms, car parks, shopping centers and the most common being a boiler house application. Utilizing a solenoid valve and a pressure transducer the Merlin GDPX+ will check for a pressure drop or leak in the downstream line before allowing the gas to be supplied. Once gas has been supplied the unit will constantly check the incoming gas supply pressure to ensure that a naked flame cannot be extinguished by a weak draft.
