The Magnet Lizard is unbeatable when it comes to the effective cleaning, decoating or paint stripping of large areas, e.g. ship hulls, tanks and larger steel structures. It adheres magnetically to any magnetic surface – horizontal, inclined, vertical or overhead. Remotely controlled and selfpropelled, the Lizard makes scaffolding unnecessary and so reduces the costs to a minimum. With working pressures of up to 3000 bar and a working width of up to 400 mm, the Lizard ensures precise working and high area efficiency. The Magnet Lizard is especially suitable as an accessory for WOMA devices in the Advanced and Expert series.

The highpressure pumps of the Z series deliver operating pressures up to 1,500 bar. With a high number of pressure and nominal flow rate combinations, the pumps are preferably used in industrial cleaning, paint stripping and also in descaling.For pumps with an operating pressure of more than 1,000 bar, hard metal plungers are used, which are particularly stable in order to guarantee a long service life and thus low maintenance costs.

Paints and coatings play a significant role in our lives. Without them, life would be dull and even monotonous. But they don’t just provide color. They perform a multitude of other tasks as well. For example, they protect objects or structures from corrosion and deterioration, thus contributing to the sustainable use of resources. Equally, special coatings can contribute to a reduction in flow resistance, or create a pearled finish that makes objects easier to clean and reduces contamination. Paints and coatings generally consist of binders, fillers, pigments, solvents, resins, and perylene, as well as additives. These substances must be mixed together homogeneously during the production process. Various agitators are used to achieve this, for example dissolvers, depending on the process step and according to the boundary conditions.

Thanks to the separate air guidance, the exhaust air is fed downwards through the grating when drying and laterally through the filter boxes when painting, so that very little moisture enters the dry filter and virtually no particles get into the cleaning water. In order to prevent the ingress of particles, the gratings can additionally be covered over during painting. Any paint that does get into the cleaning water is usually already dry, so that no dilution in the classic sense takes place; instead, it behaves like small, filterable plastic balls. Advantages:
