Weber uses FEM (finite elements method) to design Cutting Sonotrodes specifically for a customer or an application. These Cutting Sonotrodes are made from high-grade materials like Aluminum alloy, Titanium or sintered steel. Cutting Sonotrodes for the food industry are manufactured to precisely meet the required hygiene standards.

We can work with almost any concrete formulation you request. In addition to the formulations based on the DIN/EN standard, we produce customized formulations for you. Our own mold construction department helps us to be flexible in producing sizes and formats according to your specifications. Upon your request, concrete test specimens can be subjected to customized aftertreatment by grinding, saw-cutting or sandblasting.
