The DS 233 is a differential pressure switch with digital display for non-aggressive gases and compressed air. Because of its compact and robust aluminium housing it is particularly suited for machine and plant engineering. Basic element of the DS 233 is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor, which features high accuracy and excellent long term stability. As standard the DS 233 offers a PNP contact and a rotatable display module with 4-digit LED display for representing the differential pressure. Optional up to 2 freely configurable contacts are available. With its compact construction and the easy to maintain assembly the SRFL-S and SRFL-D Filters are suitable for flow rates up to 7000 l/min / 1850 US GPM. The two housings of the Duplex Filter SRFL-D are connected with a special gate valve that is operated with a level or hand wheel. The Flow-Trigger™ is an industrial flow switch designed and calibrated to confirm minimum or maximum flow rate within a pipeline. The Flow-Trigger™ combines a fully calibrated flow orifice and an explosion proof differential pressure switch to reliably monitor gas flow within the most demanding hazardous industrial environments. The Flow-Trigger™ is designed to be suitable for use with most industrial gases including hydrocarbons and corrosives like ammonia. Every Flow-Trigger™ comes complete with an orifice calibration curve and is preset to trigger at the desired set point based on the provided inlet gas specifications. The switch is field adjustable (+/- 40% of initial flow set point) after installation so that it can be fine tuned to meet specific application requirements. The Flow-Trigger™ is designed to be easily installed directly into a gas pipeline and comes complete with the required inlet and outlet pipe to maintain calibration accuracy.
