We are specialised in the manufacture of all kinds of sachets for the fields of washing and cleaning agents, body care products and foodstuffs. In addition to cosmetic products, such as creams, lotions, bath salts, etc., we also pack washing and cleaning agents, as well as food in liquid or powdered form for you. Single items such as tablets, can also be packed. Benefit from our 60 years of experience in sachet manufacturing. In addition to 3-sided or 4-sided sealed standard sachets, we also offer: Journal/magazine sachets for insertion Contour sachets (in virtually any desired shape and format) Double/multiple sachets with or without perforation Membrane sachets (with a sealed membrane film to separate two filling materials) Resealable sachets String sachets (as an endless chain)

We manufacture all kinds of stand-up pouch for you. In addition to cosmetic products, such as face masks, bath salts, etc., we also fill washing and cleaning agents, as well as foodstuffs, in stand-up pouches in liquid or powder form. Single item filling for items such as tablets is also possible. Benefit from the advantages of the stand-up pouch: Compared to bottles: lower in price, greater promotional/advertising space and lower disposal costs. Compared to sachets: stability and high fill volume in relation to the pouch size.

Save time and money – for all plastic and natural casings, bags and nets The SCD 700 is ideally suited for closing pre-tied casings. It processes all casings from small diameters up to 120 mm. The modular system allows additional components to be easily fitted. As an option, a code can be stamped directly onto the clip during closing of the portion. The coding stamp has three characters. This can be used to simply encode the date of manufacture or batch/lot number. Subject to technical modifications.

The all-rounder – fully automatic The automatic double-clippers of the PDC-A line are suitable for all sizes of operations – for mid-size or large production runs. They reliably close all casings. The PDC-A 600 closes fibrous casings up to 65 mm calibre and plastic casings up to 90 mm. Using the PDC-A means that all products – single portions or chains, long sausages, half rings and rings – can be produced efficiently. Subject to technical modifications.

The AdPack product family consists of drop-in low profile desiccant packs with 0.5-5g desiccant for the protection of moisture-sensitive drugs. AdPack is highly permeable and ensures excellent moisture adsorption over the entire shelf-life of your product. It is a cost-effective slot-in solution that was developed to meet global market needs. AdPack is available all over the world and is compatible with standard dispensing equipment and filling lines.

The product is available in a wide range of colors and with different desiccant quantities and blends. The closure is suitable for tablets with a diameter of 25mm. 25 % productivity increase – Automatic Clipping/Hanging Machine for looped products (sausage, cheese) The FCHL ensures continuous production and therefore an increased output rate. The automatic double-clipper with integrated hanging line efficiently combines four processes in a way which saves on manpower: clipping with simultaneous looping, hanging the loop and positioning (suspension) on the smoke stick. Gain in efficiency – sealing and clipping with one machine The TSCA Automatic Sealing/Clipping Machine processes flat film from a roll into a ready-to-fill tube which is securely closed by the integral clipping unit. All commonly used films, coated or uncoated, as well as laminates can be processed. The film rolls used can be up to 3,000 metres long. Subject to technical modifications.

Air-free slack filling – calibres up to 200 mm The ICA is the ideal machine for large calibres and moulded products up to a calibre of 200 mm. Fibrous, collagen and plastic casings can be processed. The innovative iris separator makes the ICA ideal for the production of large volumes like slicer products, moulded ham, even those made of whole muscles. Subject to technical modifications.

Entrance into FCA class – for a range of calibres from 38 to 160 mm and up to 125 cycles per minute in continuous mode The FCA 80 is a robust entry-level machine with simple functions that is easy to operate. With four different spreadings the clipping machine offers maximum flexibility. The automatic double-clipper FCA 80 closes collagen casings up to 80 mm, fibrous casings up to 100 mm and plastic casings up to 160 mm (depending on the material thickness). Maximum automation – for the 38 – 160 mm calibre range at up to 160 cycles per minute in continuous mode The FCA 160 offers unrivalled versatility combined with highest automation. It closes collagen casings up to 90 mm, fibrous casings up to 120 mm and plastic casings up to 160 mm (depending on the material thickness). Subject to technical modifications.
