We use Stratasys Dimension Elite printers, the high-strength ABSplus plastic in the FDM process. With our Agilista from Keyence we are able to print acrylic and silicone in the inkjet process. These components are known to be accurate, stable and durable in their dimensions. They retain their tolerances over time without warping, shrinking or attracting water. Climatic influences do not change the dimensions of the built parts. Acrylic components can then be machined mechanically. The function of the model MK is the warehousing and order picking of doors and frames in pallet racks. This order picking platform is a classic Electric Multidirectional Sideloader for the warehousing of complete packs and, with man up cabin, for picking individual customer orders. The model MK has a fixed mast. A lifting device for lifting and lowering the load to an ergonomic working height as well as telescopic forks for placing whole door packs into stock and removing them from stock are optionally available. Today potentiometric Angular Position Transmitters attain a still more status with regard to the analogue measuring technique as far as high-quality measurement tasks are concerned due to the favourable value for money. Potentiometric transmitters have either a high-resolution element of conductive plastic or a high-resolution gold or constantan wire with various resistance and angle values. They are available in various sizes as single-turn or multiple-turn potentiometers or in a multiple design. For adjustment of the measuring range almost all series can be provided with short-circuiting tracks, taps and function windings. Some models are available with incorporated Signal Converter providing current or voltage outputs in configuration of 2, 3 or 4 wires. To ensure reliability in very dirty atmospheres, oil-filled potentiometers are available.

Moreover, to provide protection for all potentiometers from mechanical damage, dusty and damp industrial atmospheres a series of casings with a degree of protection IP 40 to IP 68 is available which can be equipped with gearing and limit switches.

The quality of a raw material in a natural deposit is uniform only in the ideal cases. Very often the quality of the raw material in the natural deposit and its extraction process varies.
