The glass lifting device is an innovative solution for unloading, loading, transport, and fitting glass. One person can transport a glass panel weighing 80 kg. The device can be easily assembled and disassembled – it only weighs 35 kg. It has large 13 inch wheels which allow it to move on uneven surfaces. The wheelbase can be adjusted, which enables it to pass through doors and move on narrow pavements.

At Befort, spherical precision optics pass through the hands of qualified specialists. They work with a sure instinct and stateoftheart technology. The machine processing of each surface is done on CNC grinding and polishing machines. We produce spherical precision lenses from optical glass, quartz glass and radiationresistant materials with diameters from 3 mm to 130 mm and a curvature radius from 1.18 mm to plane. We make individual lens elements, achromatic systems, concave mirrors, cylinder lenses and other precisely fitting glass geometries to suit your specific application.

Our glass assembly equipment lifts and fits windows and panes of up to 1300 kg to the millimetre, even overhead, and are built narrowly so that they can fit through doors and move down corridors. Using the battery-operated pane setter is a foolproof way to avoid awkward and heavy manual lifting. Remote control allows you to ensure the self-driver is always under control.

Screwed Sight Glass DIN 11851 /EN 10357 for welding into or onto vessel wall complete with glass disc, gaskets and slotted cover nut Use: Screwed Sight Glasses are used for observation of processes inside Boilers, Vessels and Pipes. They are often employed in food service, dairy, breweries and pharmaceutical applications. Due to the high temperature tolerance sterilization is possible.

Round high-temperature sight glass fitting type 323 for screwing on counter flanges according to DIN EN1092 Application Observation and illumination of the interior of closed vessels (boilers, tanks, silos etc.). Type 323 sight glass fittings are equipped with suitable materials to allow operation at up to 200 °C.

Round high-pressure sight glass fitting type 322 for screwing on counter flanges according to DIN EN1092 Application: Observation and illumination of enclosed vessels (boilers, tanks, silos etc.) Type 322 Sight glasses are round flange fittings compatible with flanges according to DIN EN 1092-1. Sealing is provided by a graphite gasket. The sight glass fitting is delivered pre-assembled and ready for Installation.

Round sight glass fitting for screwing onto a manhole Application: Manhole Sight Glasses can be used to close off entry or inspection openings in the same manner as blind flanges. They include a pressure resilient sight glass mount, enabling visual inspection of a vessel even with closed off openings.

Sealing is provided by a flexible seal, with metal to metal contact providing the necessary compression.
