The semi-automatic labeling machine TNC-R was developed for the all-round labeling of tubes. Small batches can be labeled quickly and precisely with the labeller. The tubes are placed manually in the labeling system. As soon as the 2-hand operation is activated, the automated labeling process starts. The product is rotated and shifted, then the wrap-around label is applied exactly to the product. A printing unit can be integrated for individual labeling of the tubes. You can easily print the labels yourself inline. The integration of a printing unit is suitable, for example, for laboratory tubes or sample vessels that have to be provided with individual data.

In the luer lock adapter 3L, a luer lock thread to DIN EN 20594-1 or ISO 594 (male or female) is combined with our connection for flexible tube 1A, connection for pipe 2M, a Tri-Clamp connection or a G, NPT or UNF male thread. A flexible tube can thus be connected, e.g., to the most commonly used disposable laboratory filters.

As a German producer of NMR tubes and NMR consumables such as pipettes and filling needles, Hilgenberg GmbH maintains close contact with the development departments of all major European NMR equipment manufacturers. We have no problems to meet the requirements of the new 100 mm NMR tubes for the Bruker Match™ system, and we are able supply high-quality tubes reliably for a reasonable price. Moreover, we also develop our own products, such as filling needles for the Bruker Match™ system, which have been optimized in close cooperation with external scientific and application experts. Without the pad printing process, the production of everyday objects such as decorated light alloy wheels, or even vital items such as insulin pens would not be easily possible. In doing so, TAMPOPRINT develops and works on process printing solutions across industry boundaries. Thus, there is no such thing as the typical TAMPOPRINT customer or the typical application.
