It ensures specific checks and supplements measures of fastening. The version double bit comes with a key which is removable in the locked position and a keyhole for double bit as per key DIN 43668. It is noteworthy that only cams without a stopper can be used and the H-dimension would be reduced by 2mm when used with a finger pull.

The 1B-237 from EMKA is a compression latch with visual open indicators . Its compact, rigid, lightweight, design with an IP 65 rating is constructed out of Zinc die GD-Zn with a polyurethane foam seal making it resistant to shock and vibration. Its open status is visible even from a distance thanks to its red ring. It is mountable with a screw-on method.

As in the case of 1000-U838, the components of the 1000-U862 that are outside the appliance meet the hygiene requirements and the relevant specifications of the BGN (German "Berufsgenossenschaft Nahrungsmittel und Gastgewerbe" - statutory accident insurance institution for foods, hotels, restaurants and catering) Furthermore, the compression latch for hygienic areas 1000-U861 complies with these also inside the appliance.

It has a self-sealing construction, and provides the user with an acoustical and visual checking while latching the snap-in pin. The series is ideal for door gauges ranging from 1.5 mm to 2.0 mm.

SPIROL's Series LP500 Latch Pins for Plastics are designed with a barb located under the head with a barb length equal to the width of the outermost section of the assembly. The remaining length of the LP500 Latch Pin is smooth without any other retention features. This allows the LP500 Latch Pin for Plastic to easily align and freely install through all of the holes with a plastic assembly until the barb makes contact with the final hole to securely lock the pin in place. Once fully installed, the handle will pivot freely around the non-barbed end of the stationary pin. The head prevents the LP500 Latch Pin from being over-installed, and enables the pin to be mechanically oriented for automatic installation. Manufactured from lightweight, lead free aluminium, SPIROL's LP500 Latch Pins for Plastics are available in three standard diameters: 3mm, 4mm and 5mm.
