Thanks to its new certification (European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG and DIN EN 81-41) multiple persons can now simply ride in the lift with their goods to the desired floor. This upgrade option ease the flow of goods and people, increases the level of comfort, making transporting goods between levels much easier and more pleasant. In its standard configuration, it has a load capacity of up to 3,000 kilograms and a lifting height of up to 18 meters (with two to six stopping points). The ESCORTA lift can be individually configured in great detail in terms of size, lifting height, materials and look. Cabin dimensions can vary greatly, with length, width and height each reaching nearly three meters.

Goods Only Lift with no pit requirement- SHERPA Efficient vertical transport of your goods The SHERPA goods only lift is our real all-rounder. It is an efficient and simple to plan solution for vertical transportation of goods in an industrial environment. In its standard configuration, the SHERPA has a load capacity of up to 3,000 kilograms and a lifting height of up to 18 meters (with two to six stopping points). The lift is delivered as a free-standing structure with sheet metal cladding. The required pit depth is very small and can be altogether avoided by choosing the ramp option. No building modifications are required. The lift can be easily integrated into existing building and rack systems. Thus, the installation is fast and easy. This goods only lift is a tailor-made lift. We work closely with our customers, extend our flexibility to design and offer fully customized cabin sizes.

Fast, safe and convenient car parking. Faster parking for added flexibility Parking spaces are in short supply! When space for access ramps becomes an issue, we provide the optimal solution. The hydraulic car elevator TRAFFICO transports both car and passengers quickly and reliably to the desired parking level. A wide selection of options is offered for this classic car lift to meet individual requirements. Convenience important? The most convenient way to initiate operation is by remote control or smart card. The reader can be installed next to the lift entrance on a pedestal, for example, with pull wire switches at each level. Light beams between the cabin and shaft doors avoid any damage to the car during entry and exit. Light barriers facilitate vehicle positioning, thereby speeding up access. In the case of systems with two stopping points, the journey to the other level commences automatically as soon as the vehicle is positioned correctly.

Specially designed for lifting cars The PEGASOS garage car lift is a perfect solution for construction projects with limited space. It was specifically designed for lifting and lowering of cars and is based on a sophisticated design and a series of convenient features. It has the appearance of a garage and is the ideal alternative to a conventional ramp. The car lift brings vehicle and occupant automatically to the garage or parking deck. The PEGASOS can be mounted directly on the floor and therefore requires no pit. The platform can be equipped with a comfortable cabin or just a simple railing. Cost-efficient transport between floors The vehicle lift CARRICO is an interesting alternative to the TRAFFICO when lower lifting heights and less frequent use are needed. The CARRICO has been type-tested in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The conveying speed is limited to 0.15 m/s. The MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1019 series are lightweight cylinders where weight is of crucial importance. They were designed for the areas of mobile hydraulics, crane and aerial work platform construction. All cylinders work with low friction and are characterized by a stick-slip-free run. Lift and piston rod overhang are variable selectable. The cylinder connection is via plain bearing bushes. Connections are provided on the valve plate or a control block, which are flanged to the cylinder via welded pipes, in accordance with DIN EN 280. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525.
