Multilift II safety is yet another version of the Multilift II lifting column that is in the pipeline. RK Rose+Krieger has developed this column specially for overhead applications in media technology. Its uses include the correct positioning of projectors and monitors, whereby the lifting column is mounted upside down on the ceiling. A proprietary developed internal safety system prevents any accidental extension of the lifting column.

The lifting column LAMBDA-Colonne is a telescopic drive which is alone or as a pair (Twin) suitable for lifting and lowering in many possible applications. It can be used for lifting forces of maximal 4,500 N (single) and 9,000 N(Twin) and a total lifting height of 600 mm. The guide profiles of the Alpha Colonne are exactly square shaped. This makes the side forces identical for all sides. Lifting column Multilift II ESD – discharging voltages via the lifting column In the electronics and semiconductor manufacturing industry, electrostatic discharges can impair the function of components being assembled, or even destroy them. Special ESD assembly workstations are equipped with an antistatic finishing that prevents this from occurring. Until now, lifting columns for the height adjustment of workstations have prevented the safe dissipation of electrostatic discharges by interrupting the electric connection between the table and the foot frame. However, with the Multilift II ESD, RK Rose+Krieger has developed a patented electric height adjustment system that is able to dissipate voltages. This has been realised thanks to the design of the outer and inner profiles which are continuously in contact with one another.

The RKSlimlift looks unflashy and filigree but it is highly loadable. The whole drive unit is placed in the column and is not visible from the outside. Fixing slots in the side walls offer the possibility to attach additional components, e.g. panels, cable channels and braces. The Multilift II clean has now been added to the range. It has been deliberately developed for use in the clean room. A special shroud for the DC motor with brushes of the lifting column means discharge of particles is kept to a minimum. To verify its suitability for use in clean rooms, the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation IPA carried out a particle emissions test as per DIN EN ISO 14644-1 and certified the lifting column for use in clean rooms up to a globally valid class 4.

An inexpensive entry-level model for laser welding that offers a lot of flexibility and expansion options. With this laser system you can flexibly weld small and large components. The laser power can be selected with 150 W or 200 W, ideal for welding all common metals quickly and reliably. Various work tables can be placed in front of the lifting column. Or you can weld directly on the pallet truck or pallet. This is possible because the resonator can be turned to the side or even to the back. The resonator, which sits in a slide rail, can also be pulled far forward. We also optionally supply a fixed table top for the lifting column. Operation is intuitive via a touch display. A few helpful apps e.g. for programmed circular welding or shell surface welding support the user at work. The laser system is also expandable.
