To ensure quality in serial manufacture early on and guarantee a frictionless start of production, test equipment is incorporated into manufacturing processes and automated production lines. Placement tests, checking the electrical and software functionality, launch tests – depending on your individual requirements and your component, we will develop a test strategy and tune the tests to fit with each other. Our comprehensive test development methodology accelerates processes running all the way to the delivery of your product and reduced testing costs.

Test contacts on the circuit board, produced for just this purpose, are contacted by fine, spring-loaded test pins. Depending on the series size, the in-circuit test can take place manually or in an automated fashion. In combination with other test processes, including tests without test contacts, over 90 percent of all errors can be detected.

Cable trunking for footfall loading in machining centres PFLITSCH Automobile-Trunking complies with the works standard for many automotive manufacturers and serves as walkable floor trunking in many automated manufacturing lines and robotic production plants, allowing loads of up to 1,200 N and using antislip channelled sheet covering (slip-resistance rating R10). With seven cross sections from 100 mm to 600 mm wide, standard base perforations and universal separating walls, this robust trunking can be placed and combined with other PFLITSCH trunking systems to customer requirements. IAI Industrial Robots is one of the leading manufacturers of electric actuators and industrial robots. In addition to catalogue products, we also offer customised products and special developments. Actuators from IAI can be easily connected to automation applications and integrated into production lines in all industries. The controllers can be connected to the higher-level controller via digital I/Os or via fieldbus systems such as Profinet, Profibus, CC-Link, DeviceNet, EtherCat, EtherNet, Modbus and many more.

The special Metzner development is a fully automatic machinery consisting of a contact-free loop control, an automatic cutting machine and a crushing station with storage system. It can produce polystyrene pipettes with diameters from 4 to 25 mm and lengths from 100 to 700 mm. The extruded material is first scored with the aid of several rotary cutting heads, then broken and finally deposited in collecting containers. The cycle time for four parts is only 1.5 seconds. For the production of short lengths (up to 120 mm), the cycle time is extended to approximately three seconds.
