Check valves are used to prevent media from flowing back in systems or to protect equipment against media blow-back. The three types (with spring, without spring and COMPACT) allow for use in many different applications. The valve seat is supported by an O-ring and guarantees maximum safety and reliability.

Non-Return Valves WITT non-return valves protect plants, pipelines and outlet points against reverse gas flow and meet all relevant standards and regulations. The product range of non-return valves includes a large choice of nominal sizes (up to DN200) and flow rates (0.35 – 106 SCFH). The sophisticated valve technology of WITT non-return valves provides small pressure drops making them also suitable for applications with smallest opening pressures. A high-quality sealing system with elastomeres prevents leakages, and dirt filters at the inlet point assure long service life of the non-return valves. Some non-return valve models can also be used as flashback arrestors. All non-return valves can be mounted in any orientation, are available with all connections, in brass and stainless steel and are suitable for almost all technical gases.

Piston valves for petrol or oil lines. The valves prevent the line from draining after the pump has been switched off. This type of valve is only used in applications above 5 bar. The opening pressure is set to the corresponding counter pressure.

Kendrion has developed a high-quality range of non-return valves for applications requiring non-return and check functions. The shuttle valve or double check valve, respectively, realizes the logical OR function in pneumatic circuits.

The STRATE AWAaerob 110 - 1700 ventilation system consists of an oil-free compressor with noise suppressor, a switching system with operating hours counter and a timer, as well as a complete connection fittings set with manometer, check valve and connection line. The MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1002 series are direct support cylinders for vehicle construction. A robust cylinder connection is made possible by welding blocks. The support plates are ± 15 ° swivel. The cylinder connections have threaded holes for pipe connections according to BSPP ISO 1179-2. Hub and piston rod overhang are variably selectable. Control of the cylinders is possible on both sides via integrated hydraulically operated check valves in plate construction. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. The MBS hydraulic cylinder MZR-1008 is designed as a discharge cylinder of direct support systems on mobile devices, such as Cranes have been constructed.
