The basic version of the ZwickRoell Mflow extrusion plastometers can be used to establish the melt mass flow rate (MFR). The plastometer’s modular design is expandable using the piston transducer to permit determination of the melt volume flow rate (MVR) as well as for automatic adaptive parameter configuration. Common uses occur in goods inwards checks and quality assurance. Mflow extrusion plastometer includes the Zwick's automatic adaptive parameter configuration, which sets test parameters based on the material being tested to automatically minimize measuring errors. The basic version of the Mflow extrusion plastometer is designed to perform MFR tests in accordance with Method A and can be expanded for MVR tests as per Method B. Tests to the following standards are possible: Methods A and B as per ISO 1133, ASTM D1238, ASTM D3364, JIS K 7210.

Due to their design, Vibrophores have been used in the past solely as dynamic materials testing machines to determine durability with regard to fatigue life and fatigue limit, for example for fatigue testing to DIN 50100 (S-N curve) under tensile, compression, pulsating and alternating loads. The new generation of ZwickRoell Vibrophores can be used as both dynamic and full-fledged static materials testing machines that accommodate test loads up to 1000 kN. Typical applications are material fatigue tests and durability tests on standardized specimens and components (for example, piston rods, crankshafts, and screws) and production and quality control of components exposed to dynamic loads during their service lives, such as concrete and reinforcing steel, as well as quasi-static tensile and compression tests and fracture mechanics tests on CT and SEB specimens.

The EP endurance test benches are used to test various components over a defined cycle for durability, e.g. temperature and pressure cycle tests. A high series quality requires precision and reliability. Operational and endurance tests are necessary in order to be able to demonstrably guarantee high quality. In the form of selection or random sampling tests, components are tested for fatigue and wear by means of load tests, for example under pressure and temperature changes. The tests are used for endurance stress testing of various materials and products with different pressure curves and temperatures. Flashback Arrestors / Flame Arrestors WITT flashback arrestors / flame arrestors are used to protect single cylinders, outlet points or pipelines and can be used for almost all technical gases. Through the combination of established safety elements, flashback arrestors provide protection against flashbacks and backfire. Flashback arrestors also prevent the formation of dangerous gas mixtures within the pipeline.
