Goods carriers are our core competence and are available in many variants length, wire and material thickness, back wall system and surface can be selected almost freely.

The CSN® type RCVoltage Dividers consist of a proven reliable and high accuracy resistivecapacitive voltage divider. These are used for voltage measurement for control and protection systems in HVDC links and research institutes. The base for our Voltage Dividers are metal wire resistor webs that have been embedded in epoxy resin under vacuum. In this way, optimal protection against external influences can be achieved. Depending on the installation requirements (outdoor or indoor application), special designs of the voltage dividers adapted on the site requirements are used. We can produce the parts you require using specific tools or on special-purpose machines. We produce complex forms and assembly parts with strip thicknesses of 0.10 to 3.00 and with strip widths of up to 100 mm – depending on the material used. The manufacturing processes that we offer include: Punching, forming, embedding, welding, bolting, riveting and mounting. We perform the assembly of small batches by hand, while larger volumes are performed automated if you so wish. Our hybrid sub-assembly production includes the over-moulding of punched parts made of wire or metal with a variety of plastics or silicones. In order to ensure that the desired braking element features optimum properties, we make use of both the temperature durability and the haptic advantages of silicone and the weight advantage of plastic when combining these materials in this fashion. Guide tube assemblies, a combination of springs and tubes, are part of the hybrid component portfolio.

We have a well-stocked warehouse with wire-cloth from our own production in all common materials enabling us to respond quickly to our customers needs. Individual specifications can be specially produced on request.

Manufactured from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1, LEONI-Histral®-alloys (upon request), aluminium and stainless steel, with coating in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Sinlge-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.10 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.25 mm² bis 400 mm². Tubular shielding braid is smoothly expandable and has a very good shielding effect. The couverage can be determined precisely by changing the braiding angle. Suitable for electrical and mechanical shielding of wires, cables, cable bundles and cable harnesses.

The technical qualities of a concentric strand can be extremely well and accurately customized by combining several different alloy wires.

LEONI has had its manufacturing process specifically dedicated to this type of product patented. LEONI smooth bunches boast an exceptionally compact and precise round structure and have a very good Flex life. They are particularly suitable for moving applications and for thin-gauge coating with high-grade isolation materials benefitting from a long flex life as well as weight and space efficiency.
