The MZD 60/6, MZD 60/6 D, MZD 60/6 W and MZD 60/6 D-W portable clinching pliers are hand-guided machines. These ECKOLD pliers come with a large throat and a high press force, which makes them the ideal tool for all clinching options. They can be customised with exchangeable tool holders for a wide range of applications. The 400 A inverter welding machine from the CPTX series impresses with its high ignition reliability and 100% duty cycle. OTC DAIHEN EUROPE has developed EASY ARC, a new mobile welding robot system for workshop operation, which meets the economic and pragmatic requirements. EASY ARC includes a compact welding robot with intuitive OTC Easy-Teach control, which offers the operator with the perfect weld seam, thanks to the integrated expert system and manufacturer’s own 400A MIG / MAG power source inverter. The robot is mounted on a welding table that is prepared for holding standard clamping elements and equipped with rollers. The simple conversion of the system thus ensures appropriate flexibility in production.

InFocus: Precise, reliable und reproducible InFocus is a high-performing TIG technology. Its precision and reliability make the InFocus welding process particularly suitable for automated applications in combination with linear axles, robots and other guiding systems. Nearly all steels, non-ferrous metals or galvanized sheets can be welded in one layer with or without filler material; e.g. CrNi-steels with a material thickness of up to 10 mm. For welding root layers of thicker sheets, the InFocus welding process offers an alternative. By using the TIG keyhole welding process, the web can be made bigger. This reduces the seam cross section and thus the number of the required layers during the subsequent submerged-arc welding. It is also not necessary to gouge the root when using the InFocus welding process for the root layer.
