Control room application mPilot is a control room application for Mahlo equipment. The software allows the user to configure up to ten Mahlo devices with one control centre. Individually selected data of several devices are clearly arranged. The innovative control tool supports production and shift managers in handling their daily business as efficiently as possible. eddyMOTION is a Windows-based analysis and configuration tool for eddy current probes. In combination with the TX electronics from eddylab GmbH, the software tool combines several performance features: The functional areas oscilloscope, FFT analysis, data logger and waterfall diagram, enables the visualization and documentation of mechanical movements. eddyMOTION also suites the on-site linearization of eddy current sensors in a traceable manner, without external assistance. In addition to the TX electronics and an eddylab eddy current sensor, a reference probe is required for this purpose: Together with the eddy current sensor, this probe measures the distance to the same material, with the reference probe serving to check the sensor.

3D sensors from Micro-Epsilon are equipped with an easy-to-integrate SDK (Software Development Kit). The SDK is based on the GigE Vision and GenICam industry standards including the following function blocks: Network configuration and sensor connection Extensive sensor control Transmission control of measurement images Management of user-defined parameter sets C++ sample programs and documentation Access to the sensor via GigE Vision is also possible without SDK using a GenICam client.

3DInspect is a uniform and user-friendly software tool for all 3D sensors from Micro-Epsilon. Parameter setting of the 3D sensors and recording of the measurement data are done directly in the 3DInspect software. Powerful tools allow point cloud alignment and filtering, intuitive detection and selection of relevant areas, and program combination. The 3D point clouds can be processed as required and measured values can be output to the controller.
