The adaptation or addition of individual mechanical components is just as possible as special programming or integration into a complete production line. In addition, various application systems are available, including hot runner systems with different nozzle geometries and arrangements. The melting units can be optimally tailored to the requirements of the respective project with different melting and conveying systems and, if project requirements differ or change, can be replaced at any time using our "plug-and-play" system. Special machines for the automotive and supplier industry Machine system for low pressure molding - electronics casting The BASEline series combines a compact design and convenient operation and can be used optimally for the majority of low pressure molding projects. Various mechanical components can be put together depending on requirements. The adapted melting device with double-acting piston pump, 4l tank volume and a melting capacity of approx. 1kg/h enables optimal processing of small to medium shot weights and/or quantities. The available clamping force of 9/12kN is suitable for casting surfaces up to approx. 3,000mm². By using the Siemens S7-1200 control with touch panel, the series offers the same ease of use as the larger series.

reflectCONTROL Automotive enables the fully automatic inspection of painted car bodies. The robotic systems enable the detection, three-dimensional measurement and classification of typical paint defects such as inclusions, craters, runners, etc. This enables robot-based automatic processing of the defects, up-stream analysis to identify the sources of defects, and laser-based marking for possible manual processing of the defects. The reflectCONTROL systems consist of sensor, robot, computer and software and interface package. Depending on the requirements, different versions of the system are available, which are configured depending on the customer's needs. The number of reflectCONTROL sensors and robots required can be flexibly adapted to the required throughput.

The plastic insert 12105 serves as a screed placeholder for the 8601A floor socket and is made of PVC.

Hexagon screws are suitable for being tightened with an open-end spanner. This is a special advantage in comparison to our round flat pot magnets, which only can be screwed on by hand. The hexagon screws are available with different lengths corresponding to fixed standards. By this simplified production method they are quite economical resp. there is a cost benefit compared with the turned special parts.

The above mentioned flat pot magnets are manufactured from standard parts according to DIN EN ISO 4026-45H. Dimensions and tolerances depend on the current status of the standard. The threaded pins with hexagon socket have a universal thread and are available with different lengths corresponding to fixed standards. By this simplified production method they are quite economical resp. there is a cost benefit compared with the turned special parts. Moreover, through the universal thread, they benefit from a continuously adjustable magnetic attachment point.

Magnetic system with stainless steel body and strong neodymium magnet core. This series have a deeper magnetic force than the classic flat pot systems. Two milled surfaces on the perimeter allow to fix the system with a tool. The holding surface is over molded with a hard type of rubber (TPE) and protects the magnet from strikes. At the same time the rubber effects a noise absorption.
