POLIFILM offers protection film solutions for polyester based paint systems with different gloss levels, plastisol and also for PVDF based paint systems. For these applications we typically use high strength films with various adhesion levels. High strength films are able to resist formation forces of painted metals. The required weathering resistance of these films determines, which protection film can best match the customers` requirements. Typical weathering performance varies between 3 and 12 months. Our product assortment comprises transparent films and black / white films, which can be printed according to customer requirements. POLIFIM is an active member of the European Coil Coating Association (ECCA).

POLIFILM comes with a large product assortment of protection films for added value aluminium surfaces. For this application the quality of the carrier film needs to be very specific due to the sensitivity of the fairly soft aluminium. Our protection films are suitable for mill finish aluminium as well as for glossy and even high gloss, anodized aluminium finishes. In addition to traditionally proven natural rubber adhesive formulations we also offer acrylic adhesive systems including easy peel formula for increased productivity.
