The O-Rail linear system with rollers ensures the highest flexibility of configuration thanks to the original shape of the FXRG guide, the system basic component, featuring 3 raceways arranged at 90°, over which the R series rollers can run on any one of the 3 raceways. Using a single or multiple parallel guides allows users to achieve several combinations, able to meet all linear motion requirements. Powder Metal Bearings

In pneumatic conveying systems, conveying abrasive products – in particular at high conveying speeds – leads to abrasion and thus to wear in the pipe bends. In order to prevent this, the pipe bend of our highly wear-resistant DWR double-skin stainless pipe bends is encased in a second pipe bend, which creates a double-walled chamber. This acts, so to speak, as a “protective shield”: After the wear has taken place on the internal pipe bend, it fills with the product to be conveyed. When this process is completed, you are then conveying „product on product“ – and no further wear is possible! The SVS wheel series is primarily used for heavy duty applications requiring extremely high load capacities of up to 15,000 kg. They are typically used in machine and systems engineering. Their resistance to a wide range of aggressive substances also makes them suitable for use in applications which require resistance to chipping and oil. Despite their exceptional load capacities, only minimal effort is required on smooth surfaces to move transport units with SVS castors. The rugged grey cast iron series is extremely wear-resistant and is also capable of withstanding temperatures of between -25°C and 120°C.

Along with highly wear-resistant stainless steel pipe bends of type HVA NIRO® we offer suitably highly wear-resistant branch pipes. They are available in in all sizes, diameters and angle degrees.

Due to its abrasion resistance and durability, polyurethane is well suited for use in the conveyor industry. Support rings for support rollers made of polyurethane are characterized by a very high wear resistance. In addition, the material is largely resistant to mineral and vegetable oils.

The idlers we offer are manufactured according to the latest automated design and production processes. The idlers from our range have the required quality and are particularly suitable for high continuous loads. For this purpose, special hardening techniques and heat treatments are used in production, which efficiently increase the wear resistance of the running surfaces. This was taken into account because wear resistance plays an essential role in the industrial sector due to the stress on the intervening components. When manufacturing the idlers, we rely exclusively on highquality seals and contemporary bearing designs to ensure high durability and reliability. Production is carried out according to current industry standards and meets even the highest requirements. The finished sorocket offers high wear resistance of the running surfaces even under extreme loads.
