Our wheels and wheel block systems are designed and manufactured as modular solutions for a wide variety of applications. External casing components for urban buses and longdistance coaches For many years, we have been developing casing components for the exterior of buses and railway vehicles here at TC. One advantage of GRP profiles is that we can produce different component lengths based on just one tool. This increases flexibility in design. The components are based on a profile made of glass fibrereinforced plastic, which we process in our CNCcontrolled milling machines to produce precisioncut parts for e.g. wheel arches, indicators and maintenance covers. We can also install reinforcements or addon parts at the same time if required.

We offer a comprehensive range of accessories for rollators and walkers, which contains parking brakes, Bowden cables, handles, trays, wheels, cane holders, back belts, covers and umbrellas. Apart from our standard assortment we also manufacture customer-specific accessories, using our long-time know-how in the area and in accordance not only to the wishes of our customers but also to the latest European norms and quality standards. Our pneumatic tires can be customized according to their wheel diameter, profile types, wheel bodies and cover thickness so that they are suitable for a wide range of diff erent applications.
