Customised production to your specifications: We work very closely with you when it comes to producing torsion springs. Torsion springs are produced in accordance with your specifications based on drawings, prototypes or sketches. We manage the development process of the spring until it is ready for serial production. We produce torsion springs with wire diameters of 0.20 to 4.00 mm, with or without torque testing. Wire coatings: Galvanised, ZnAl-plated, Red-coated, Nickel-plated, Polished nickel, Phosphated, Brass-plated,Silver-plated.

Special eye forms for extension springs: There is an increasing number of potential applications for trumpet-end springs and mounting aids for extension springs – a solution that we have been addressing for many years now. We produce our range of extension springs with German and British standard eyes with wire diameters of 0.25 mm to 4.00 mm. We can also produce special-purpose eyes and other eye forms as needed according to alternative specifications with wire diameters of 0.20 to 4.00 mm.

Production to order – also with special-purpose materials as required: We only produce in accordance with customer specifications. Compression springs can assume a wide variety of designs and forms. Our production facilities include compression springs with wire thicknesses in the range of 0.30 to 3.00 mm with abraded ends and in the range of 0.10 to 4.00 mm with unabraded ends. Even extremely strict tolerances regarding length and strength are adhered to in our compression spring production facility. Special-purpose materials that meet specific requirements can also be integrated into production without any problems. Wire materials: All standard spring steel wires in accordance with EN 10270. Non-ferrous wires made of copper, brass and bronze. Special alloys such as: Hasteloy, CuNi44, NbZr1, TaW2. Other materials on request.

Disc springs (also called Belleville springs) are geometrically a cylindrical washer with a slightly conical shape.
