Colourless, air-drying sliding agent for the long-term lubrication of highly loaded sliding guides as well as spindles and bearings in extreme temperatures. It prevents fretting corrosion as well as the adhesion of dirt particles.

Turmosynth VG 4800 is H1 approved, colourless, very adhesive, highly-viscous white oil offering high pressure resistance and lasting protection against wear and corrosion. It can be used across a wide temperature range. Remains fluid even in cold conditions and leaves no solid residues.

Anti-seize assembly and slideway paste for application at high temperatures up to 1200 Deg. C. These assembly pastes offer optimum lubricating and anti-seizing properties even at high surface pressure.

Next to the comprehensive range of H1 food grade lubricants, Lubcon offers 3H approved release agents, used on hard surfaces in contact with food products to prevent these from adhering during processing.

High-temperature pastes formulated with high viscosity silicone oil and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) thickeners for the lubrication of low-speed roller bearings. These pastes are extremely adhesive, temperature-resistant up to 260 °C and resistant to media and ageing.

High-temperature resistant lubricating and assembly pastes based on synthetic oils with molybdenum disulphide additives (MoS2). They feature a low coefficient of friction and are thus suitable for the lubrication of metals with a low tolerance and surface roughness. The pastes are extremely oxidation resistant and prevent wear and fretting corrosion.

Premium high-temperature oils. Fully synthetic lubricants formulated with PAO/ester oils and special additives for extreme operating conditions in temperatures up to approx. 250 °C, non-toxic and miscible with mineral oils. Recommended for the lubrication of double belt presses, film stretching machines, timing and conveyor chains, slide rails in lacquer drying furnaces in the automotive sector or the mechanical engineering sector as well as bearings and gears at medium loads and extremely high temperatures.

Extreme temperature resistant chain and gear oil. Synthetic lubricating oil for open drives, chains and gears. It does not carbonise, embrittle, build layers or polymerise and is perfectly suitable for the lubrication of open wire ropes, guideways, leaf springs and toothed racks.

Lindemann High Temperature Grease Food Grade with PTFE is a transparent, gold colored and 100% synthetic heat resistant bearing grease whose performance sets new standards for lubrication. High Temperature Grease from Lindemann is a water-repellent and heat-resistant grease intended for extreme high temperatures with a range from -40 ° C to +400 ° C! The Food grade grease does not melt, drip or char. Not even at extreme pressure and extremely high temperatures. The HTF-G also protects against corrosion and provides long-term lubrication. The High Temperature Grease Foodgrade is a food safe lubricant and very suitable for the food industry. Lindemann High Temperature food grade grease is an approved (USDA H-1, NSF 1) food safe lubricant that delivers extreme performance without the use of fillers such as graphite, aluminum or lithium (which can leave abrasive coatings).

IKO Needle Roller Cages for Engine Connecting Rods are bearings for use in engine connecting rods. These bearings have superior performance proven in high performance engines of racing motor cycles, and are widely used in small motor vehicles, motor cycles, outboard marines, snow mobiles, highspeed compressors, etc. and also in generalpurpose engines. Bearings for engine connecting rods are used under extremely severe and complex operating conditions such as heavy shock loads, high speeds, high temperatures and stringent lubrication.
