The Trotec PC200 Particle Counter features 6 measuring channels (0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 2.5, 5.0 and 10.0 μm) with three counting modes (concentration, cumulative and differential) and counting efficiency of 50% at 0.3 μm and 100% for particles beyond 0.45 μm. The internal pump allows flow rate of 2.83 l/min (0.1 ft³/min) and the zero count is < 1 particles / 5 min with a coincidence loss of 5%, 2 million particles per ft³ (28.3 liters). The Laser class 3B with wave length of 780 nm and 90 mW is used as a light source while isokinetic probes serve as sample inlet. The device can be used to easily acquire readings on air temperature, humidity, dew point temperature and wet-bulb temperature.

WORKBENCHES BUILT IN STURDY TUBULAR AND MADE TO MEASURE The counters are made with a sturdy 60x60 mm painted tubular structure and the tops are also suitable for contact with food, as they are made of food grade nylon or stainless steel. They are ideal for wrapping and packaging products and supporting benchtop vacuum machines, heat sealers and welding machines. They can also be inserted in assembly and packaging lines, equipping them with reel holder systems or bench cutters. We can make benches with customized lengths from approximately 500 to 2500 mm and with any required width. The counters can be equipped with drawers (single or double) with sliding guides, rear or side panels and under-top. The tables are very sturdy, built in painted steel and can be ordered in the "simple" version with a NYLON top. The "simple" version is equipped with 4 adjustable rubber supports. Upon request, when ordering, the kit consisting of 4 wheels with parking brake can be mounted.

This stainless steel anchorage point (Ø 16 mm), which has been awarded national technical approval, comes with its own base and counter plates (each measuring 200 x 200 mm). Simply attach it to a girder measuring max. 150 mm. Custom sizes are available upon request. The process meter monitors and displays the analog measured values. Pumps can be monitored with the digital status inputs. The RIA452 can provide power directly to two-wire sensors connected. Up to eight freely programmable relays monitor the measured value. Other operating modes for the relays include sensor or device malfunction, batch and pump control functions. Furthermore, the RIA452 can be used as a preset counter and for measuring flow at open channels and measuring weirs.
