The main distinguishing characteristic of this filter is the bottom section of the capture blades, the shape of which has been purposely conceived to enable the dripping of high quantities of oily pollutants, with reduced formation of electric discharges between the plates. In addition, the special mechanical construction ensures, also in the presence of emulsifying oils, that no electric discharges occur on the insulator, therefore providing high reliability in the long term.

This module was created specifically to capture the particles in the industrial sector. The module contains active electrostatic filters with high performances and efficiency. It is produced in galvanized iron & painted with epoxy powder color RAL7035. A panel of spongy material on the surface of door and at the bottom surface of module provided to make seals to the air passage between the filters and the structure. The power supply module is made through an electric power cable with plug type SCHUKO and socket EN 60320-1 / PA80. In front of the module there is the MAIN SWITCH and the bi-color LED indicating the operating status: Green = OK; Red= failure.

The M Series modules are suitable for installation downstream of air treatment systems/plants, scrubbers or cartridge filters or pipeline sections where the filtration of the air from specific industrial processes such as welding process, die casting, turning and laser cutting is required. The modules are supplied on request with fan, junctions and plenum. The M modules can be supplied in two variations: NTA: standard execution (with very high efficiency filtration) NTB: double air flow execution (with higher air flow rates and lower filtration efficiency)

The PF METAL COMPACT prefilter consists of a series of three filters in mesh and aluminum mesh specifically designed to gradually break down the coarse particles of calamines, soaps and fats present in the oily vapors of industrial production and in kitchens. The progression of the filtration system allows the capture of these coarse particles so as to prolong the life of the electrostatic filters, reducing the accumulation of heavy substances in the electrostatic filters, so that they can work for a longer period on fine and ultra-fine particles of the vapors oily. The components of the prefilter are separable so as to allow easy cleaning during maintenance. EFFICIENCY: The reduction efficiency of the prefilter is comparable to that of a filter type G4 [EN 779] and ISO COARSE 90% [ISO 16890] with pressure drops of 100 Pa @ 3.5 m/s.
